Assisting the customer to prepare IT equipment and devices for new company
A securities company set out to establish a new branch, but could not handle a number of complex issues because of limited IT resources. The customer called in IT Care Plus.
We sourced and procured IT equipment, co-ordinated the entire project and installed all kinds of computer equipment, printers, firewalls, switches, routers and conferencing solutions. The HKT team was also responsible for handling tasks that involved information platforms, software and virtual private network (VPN) configuration.
HKT’s IT Care Plus service continues to help the customer maintain operations.
