Our IT equipment involves different brands. I don’t know how to communicate with service providers. Can IT Care Plus help me do this?

A:

Our IT Care Plus engineers will try their best to address every necessary aspect of technical support. We will help co-ordinate and communicate with manufacturers to procure appropriate provision of service.

Q:

After a customer reports a problem, how long will it take for IT Care Plus technicians to resolve it?

A:

That depends on the problem. When our engineers receive a customer’s call, they first try to resolve the problem remotely. If the problem requires an engineer to attend, we will send someone the following day.

Q:

What are normal working hours for IT Care Plus technical staff?

A:

From 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Q:

Does IT Care Plus service include hardware maintenance?

A:

IT Care Plus provides general technical support that does not include hardware maintenance. However, if our technical staff find a problem is caused by faulty hardware, we will provide the customer with components and estimate the cost of maintenance. We will then perform maintenance as soon as the customer grants approval.

Can I check my service history?

A:

Customers can check their records on a website we provide for that purpose. Moreover, our technical staff provides remote support via this platform, so we can handle problems swiftly and flexibly.
