We now provide IT Care Plus new customers for an extra two hours onsite or remote support services – IT troubleshooting or consultancy.
#Extra two hours on-site or remote support services are applicable to one single designated location within HK Island, Kowloon and towns in New Territories and service being performed within 2 hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. All kinds of remote support services are subject to service availability. Each customer is entitled to this free trial once only and only new IT Care Plus customers can utilize the offered service.
